Craig Poropat

Craig Poropat is a Principal at Lee & Associates Los Angeles - Long Beach, Inc., a Commercial Real Estate Service office. Mr. Poropat specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial space within the South Bay real estate market. Mr. Poropat extensive knowledge of the South Bay market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis, and property marketing. These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market.

Craig has been active in the industrial/commercial real estate industry for over thirty-nine (39) years. Before joining Lee & Associates in 1991, Craig was associated with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Company for five years. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from California State University at Long Beach, he spent five years in sales and sales management with Canon U.S.A.
